What does “36+24 months warranty” mean?
It is a total warranty period of 60 months, split into two periods (36 + 24 months) as printed on the warranty card. The 275Ah model is 48 + 12 months and the 300Ah model carries 60 months full warranty. Please check the warranty card for exact terms, or ask our team.
Which battery capacity do I need?
Add up the watts of everything you want to run during a power cut, then check the backup times in the table above. You can also use the backup calculator on our home page.
How do I maintain a tubular battery?
Keep it in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, check the water level every 2–3 months and top up only with distilled water, keep the terminals clean and tight, and avoid draining it completely again and again.
Will it work with my existing inverter?
