By using this website you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Sarex Power Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Electo). If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2Products and information
We try to keep product details, images and specifications accurate. Product images are for illustration and the actual product may vary slightly in design or packaging. Specifications may change as we improve our products.
3Prices
Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees. MRP and offer prices may change without notice. The final price, including any delivery charges, is confirmed by our team before your order is accepted.
4Orders
Orders are placed by sending your cart to us on WhatsApp or by calling us. Sending an order is a request to buy. An order is accepted only after our team confirms price, availability and delivery with you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock, pricing errors or delivery limitations.
5Payment
Payment is made by the method agreed with our team, such as cash on delivery, UPI or bank transfer. Please make payments only to the official details shared by Electo.
6Delivery
Delivery time and charges depend on your location and are shared at the time of order confirmation. Please check the product at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
7Warranty
Batteries and inverters carry the warranty mentioned on the product page and warranty card. Please complete warranty registration after purchase. Warranty is valid only with a valid invoice and warranty card, and does not cover physical damage, misuse, wrong installation, tampering or use of non-recommended accessories. Warranty claims are handled as per the terms printed on the warranty card.
8Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content, logos or images for commercial use without our written permission. All content on this website belongs to Electo unless stated otherwise.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Electo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability for any product is limited to its repair, replacement or refund as per the warranty and refund policy.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
